Take a Break with God

Give yourself some time to be with God, it will be the most important and beneficial part of your day.  Take a break with Him. Listen to this 11 minute meditation to be encouraged and drawn in to stillness with Him.  Breathing and relaxing helps your nervous system reset.  If your mind wanders, just gently bring your attention back to the Lord as soon as you are aware you have wandered off the path.  If you wander and you get upset,  you are defeating yourself.  Just bring your attention back without judging yourself as not doing it right.  He doesn't, He is happy you have come to be with Him.   Be still and put your trust in Him.  Remind yourself to breathe and be grateful throughout the day. What Do You Want in Life with Him

This is a teaching with a short meditation at the end.  It is a teaching the Lord has put in my heart about replacing our negatives in life for what He has already provided for us.  It is about letting God have His Way but also about giving Him anything of us that is not Him.  It is about giving Him our ways in exchange for His Ways.  He wants us to live an exchanged life, giving Him the reigns and allowing Him the place in our heart, mind, soul and life that is reserved only for Him and first in our life.  It is an adventure that is not easy, but not too difficult because we have the promise of Christ in us.  We do not do this exchange in our own effort but does take our desire to make the exchange and give it our full intention. Are you ready?  #exchanged life # walkingwithJesus #giving our life in exchange #healing, #wholeness, #trusting #Jesus is Lord
