Struggle in Learning Stillness

Short instruction and meditation on stillness, and how even the struggle to be still is instructive.  We learn to put our focus back on the Lord when we realize we have wandered off.  Do not judge yourself or rebuke the devil during this time.  It is simply a training time to be still with the Lord and let Him minister to us.  This practice works across the board in to
our daily walk with the Lord whether we are being still or whatever else activity we are doing, it keeps our heart and mind fixed on Him, the One Who fixes.
